This slightly sweet, slightly spicy drink blends pineapple and turmeric, with a tiny bit of raw honey. Pineapple-Turmeric Infused Water

INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 slices fresh pineapple (or about ¼ cup frozen chunks)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon raw honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Sip and feel instantly refreshed!
